The app. Focus has no account, no server, and no analytics. There is nothing to sign up for, so there is nothing to collect.

Where your data lives. Your days are stored as plain, readable files in your own iCloud Drive. They sync between your devices through Apple's iCloud — they never pass through us, because there is no us to pass through.

This website. This website counts page views, which sections of the page you reach, and clicks on live download links through PostHog's European infrastructure. It sets no cookies, creates no persistent identifier, and does not follow you between visits or across other websites.
